"Find Your Passion, Energize Your Story"
Past President Sandra Kischuk presented her dynamic, interactive workshop, "Find Your Passion, Energize Your Story", (previously presented at the FWA annual conference). The exercises are designed to help you tap into your individuality to bring your characters to life.

February 2008
Wednesday, February 6
TWA featured our annual presentation by the Carrollwood Players doing a creative reading of the winning scripts from the entries from the previous years writing competition. As usual, it was a great evening with the authors present to hear professionals present our writing.

If there is one thing that TWA members know how to do, it's party...and all we keep doing is getting better at it! The potluck always brings in old favorites and wonderful surprises. Sandra Kischuk's "Party Central" provided a wonderful place to gather this spring.

David R. Ellis, Largo Florida Attorney, practices copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property law. He is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law and provided important information about what we, as writers, needed to do to protect our work.

Our June meeting was an open dicussion of the process of getting your work into publication and marketing. We had a great time with our new members and everyone left with some inspiration and knowledge.
