President Chris Taylor's Monthly communiqué:
Greetings,
We had a different and exciting
meeting in August. There was no speaker to thank because our evening was
planned with a twist from our norm. Our meeting called, “A Horse of a Different Color,” spotlighted
our widely talented TWA members. Members
and guest brought with them some of their works in progress (or completed) and
read them to our group. The contest committee was there for a Q&A on the
TWA Contest, which is now open to members and non-members. Laptops were set-up
for viewing a slide show of our Cassadaga Trip Excursion, and beverages were
available for networking time before and after the meeting. I enjoyed hearing
what our members were writing and many stayed after the meeting to let me know
how much they benefited and enjoyed the sharing time. The evening was a great
success with several new authors joining TWA.
A Big ThankYou to our TWA
Stars!
