Poems in Haiku by Amarilys Gacio Rassler (Marggie)
To: Sweet Jehovah-Jireh, My Provider
You see me drowning,
Walk on the rolling oceans,
Hold out nail-scarred Hand.
The pieces I lack
You hold in Your ancient Palm
Craving my asking.
You unlock my soul
To wash away secret pain,
Your gaze forms my smile.
You fill my cistern
With sparkling magic waters
Holy tickling, Joy!
Sower from heaven
Plant me in that fertile ground
Where Your words are found.

Poems in Haiku by Amarilys Gacio Rassler (Marggie)
To: Jesus, Lamb of God
No decoration
But soldiers’ cruel hellish games
Piercing thorns, sick scorn.
Hill then quaked, sky cried,
Hammer banged, nail through Hand
Raw deal, my debt Paid.
To: Jesus, My Awaiting Bridegroom … Heavenly Wedding
You ask me to dance
I slip on heaven’s bright shoes
Angels watch then clap.
Countless tables set
You pull out my chair and smile,
King! My Groom, GLORY!
